Analyzed rental revenue, recoveries and operating costs to better understand property-level net operating income drivers.
Supported financial reporting, budgets and forecasts for a large portfolio spanning retail, industrial and mixed-use properties.
Developed AI-based tools for routine accounting work, with an estimated annual time-saving potential of approximately 1,650 hours.
